Community Hall

Elegant |  A/V Ready  |  Limited Kitchen

Our Community Hall is ready for your event! The room will comfortably seat approximately 220 people depending on table configuration. We have both rectangular and round tables with chairs available for use. Bring your own music or DJ and you're set! This room has access to our large restrooms. Please contact us for more information or to schedule a time to look at the facility.

Small Meeting Room

​Our Small Meeting Room is the perfect space for your next gathering! Ideal for small birthday parties, company trainings, or group meetings, this cozy room comfortably accommodates up to 64 people. Tables and chairs are available to suit your event's needs. Conveniently located with access to restrooms, it’s a versatile and affordable option for a variety of occasions. Regular Rates

Community Hall (8 hour rental period)

  • 8 Hours: $1,200.00 ($200 cleaning fee is included)
  • Security Deposit: $350.00
  • Day of event deposit: $850.00

Rentals going over 8 hours will be charged $75.00 an hour.
Cleaning Fee: The $200 cleaning fee will be refunded if the room is cleaned by the renter.

Small meeting room (8 hour rental period)

  • 8 Hours: $450.00 ($100 cleaning fee is included)
  • Security Deposit: $175.00
  • Day of event deposit: $275.00

Rentals going over 8 hours will be charged $45.00 an hour.
Cleaning Fee: The $100 cleaning fee will be refunded if the room is cleaned by the renter.

Non-Profit Rates

Rates for non-profit organizations

Community Hall (8 hour rental period)

  • 8 Hours: $700 ($200 cleaning fee is included)
  • Security Deposit: $350.00
  • Day of event deposit: $350.00

Rentals going over 8 hours will be charged $75.00 an hour.
Cleaning Fee: The $200 cleaning fee will be refunded if the room is cleaned by the renter.

Small meeting room (8 hour rental period)

  • 8 Hours: $275.00 ($100 cleaning fee is included)
  • Security Deposit: $125.00
  • Day of event deposit: $150.00

Rentals going over 8 hours will be charged $45.00 an hour.
Cleaning Fee: The $100 cleaning fee will be refunded if the room is cleaned by the renter.
